Students with index number 310314, 310310 and 310350 cannot attend practical lesson colloquium in next two exam periods (until June exam period )

Student with index number 310295 can not attend the exam in next two exam periods (until June exam period)

Students with index number 300908/17 and 014597/18 can not attend the exam in next three exam periods (until June exam period)


MAY EXAMINATION PERIOD

(only final year students and students with extended status)

Test and practical lesson colloquium will be held on May 14th, 2024. at 10 a.m at the Department.

Oral exam will be held on May 13th, 2024. and May 14th, 2024. at 8 a.m at the Department. Students who passed the test in May examination period will have oral exam on May 15th 2024 at 8.00 at the Department.

Signing grades will be on May 15th,2024. Students have to bring the index from 8.00-9.00 in front of the Department.

Confirmation will be open from April 4th, 2024. at 1 p.m until May 6th, 2024 at 8 p.m

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR THE 1st COLLOQUIUM

(3rd COLLOQUIUM FOR DENTAL MEDICINE)

Student representatives for all students who are studying pharmacology in the summer semester 2023/2024. have to send the list of students who want to take the first colloquium (for the 3rd year of Dental Medicine, students must have passed the 1st and 2nd colloquium in order to be able to take the 3rd colloquium) until Thursday, April 25, 2024. at 8:00 a.m.

The colloquium will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2024. The time of taking the colloquium will be published after the lists are formed.

If students have to come to the Department, they can do it on Monday from 11:00 to 12:00 and on Friday from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m

ALL COURSE MATERIALS AS WELL AS LINKS FOR ACCESS TO CONSULTATIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE ONLINE PLATFORM OF THE MEDICAL FACULTY FOR DISTANCE LEARNING – SOVA

STUDENTS SHOULD  REGULARLY ACCESS THE PLATFORM TO CHECK FOR UPDATES.



STUDENTS WHO CONFIRMED FOR TAKING THE TEST AND DO NOT APPEAR ON THE EXAM WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TAKE THE TEST IN THE NEXT THREE EXAM PERIODS. THIS WILL BE VALID FROM THE NEXT (OCTOBER) EXAM PERIOD.

STUDENTS WHO PLAN TO TAKE COLLOQUIUM OR TEST ARE OBLIGED TO USE BLACK FELT-TIPPED PEN TO FILL OUT THE ANSWER SHEET. DO NOT USE BALLPOINT PENS OR PENCILS

DURING THE EXAM, STUDENTS MUST NOT HAVE SMART WATCHES AND MOBILE PHONES, THEY MUST LEAVE THEM AT THE TEACHERS DESK WHEN ENTERING THE AMPHITHEATER OR CLASSROOM.

A STUDENT WHO USES A TELEPHONE OR SMART WATCH IN THE EXAM, CAN NOT TAKE THE EXAM FOR THE NEXT THREE EXAM TERMS.
